Salon owner & senior stylist, with 20 years experience. I trained for 3 years then when I qualified I moved on to manage a salon and applied my knowledge by training the apprentices.
While running the salon I entered competitions for many years taking away many placings including head of merit and 1st overall in my last photographic comp. I then went on to open my own salon which now has been a successful business for 12 years.
I love my job, the satisfaction I get from creating beautiful work for my clients. 
I have a well established clientele, many loyal clients along with a waiting list of new clients.
I feel so blessed being able to do what I love, it certainly makes going to work each day a pleasure.

I have wanted to be a hairdresser since I was a little girl so when I heard about the job opportunity at Xtreme Image, I was very excited. I started working here early 2018 and have recently started my second year of training. I want to focus on learning as much as I can in the salon and gain some confidence in the salon and with clients so I can do amazing things in the industry . I am loving learning new things and meeting the clients and getting involved with them.

 
At the moment I am helping out in the salon and assisting Jodie. I will also be the friendly face greeting you on your visit with us and the voice at the other end of the line when you call.

I am very excited to start my journey in hairdressing and learn as much as I can. It will be amazing when I can start building my own clientele and creating amazing hair.
Our Policies 

1. If the Stylist feels they are not the right hairdresser for you, they have the right to recommend you to another hair salon.
2. We have the right to turn you away if we feel at all uncomfortable with performing a chemical service on your hair or that your expectation can not be met.
3. You agree to be fully honest with us, if you feel your hair service has not met expectations, you're required to let us know immediately before leaving the salon, so we can achieve positive results for both parties as we are committed to a very honest professional service. 
4. In some circumstances there is a 2 week re-do policy. if you come back to us after the 2 week window because you are unhappy with your hair, you will be charged in full for the fix up.
5. 24 hour cancelation fee. if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be sent the bill in full.
6. We have the right to ask for a deposit from new or returning clients.
7. Payment is required in full after every appointment. if you have a concern about the cost of the service or your budget, please let your stylist know before the service is started.
8. If a repeat service or services are required in order to reach your desired result, you will be informed by the stylist how many follow up services will be required in order to achieve your desired result and the costs of those appointments at the first sitting. if the desired result is not achieved by the last quoted session, we will continue at our cost until we achieve the result.
9. In accordance to repeat appointments to achieve a desired result, you agree to use the necessary required haircare/ treatments to be able to achieve your desired result, this is to be discussed at the first sitting and agreed upon between the stylist and client. 
10. If the stylist feels the hair is not ready to undergo the chemical service at the appointment, we have the right to refuse service and rebook at a later date.
11. you understand that the longevity, condition and styling may not meet expectations if you decide not to follow our recommendations and home hair care plan.
